Recruiter - Frontline Representative Program

At Sidekicks, we place incredible remote team members with high-performing businesses, and right now, we are looking for a top-tier recruiter to focus on our Frontline Representative program. These roles are the first impression for our client agencies—handling incoming calls, capturing service requests, and ensuring every customer feels seen and heard.
As our Recruiter, your primary focus will be finding and hiring outstanding Frontline Reps who are reliable, energetic, and eager to provide amazing customer experiences. You will coach them through the process, support their onboarding, and play a vital role in helping them succeed.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit a high volume of qualified Frontline Representative candidates to meet client demand
- Use a creative, proactive sourcing strategy to attract talent across the U.S.
- Coach candidates through the interview, vetting, licensing, and onboarding process
- Maintain high-quality standards across all hires
- Collaborate with the Frontline Onboarding team to ensure a seamless handoff
- Manage multiple pipelines and use tools like ClickUp or applicant tracking systems
- Represent Sidekicks with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm
- Ensure each candidate is thoroughly prepared to succeed on Day 1
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume, customer service, or remote-first environments
- A self-starter who takes initiative and thrives with autonomy
- Someone who loves building relationships and helping others succeed
- Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Experience coaching applicants through the hiring and onboarding process
- A positive, team-first attitude—Sidekicks culture is kind, joyful, and collaborative
- Bonus: Experience recruiting for insurance or service-related industries
- Bonus: A strong professional network you can tap into to source talent
- Must be a US citizen
Compensation and Incentive Plan
- Base Salary: $75,000 annually
- Performance Bonuses for a total annual earning potential of $150,000+. Details provided during the interview process.
